Red Pixel Games ("Red Pixel Games", "we", "us", or "our"), a game development studio based in Poland, is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of its mobile application users ("users" or "you"). This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") has been crafted to inform you about the ways we collect, store, use, and manage the information you provide or that is processed during your use of our Android mobile application "Cash Arena: Play Game Earn Money" (the "Service").
Please note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is limited to information collected or received by Red Pixel Games through your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Red Pixel Games is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as a data controller based in the European Union (Poland).
1. Information Collected and How We Use It
Our primary objective in collecting your information is to secure your game profile, prevent fraudulent activities, save your game progress, and process reward payouts.
A. Personal Data Provided Voluntarily by You
To use the primary features of the Service (including securing progress and requesting payouts), you are required to sign in using your Google Account. Through this integration, we collect and store only:
- Your Email Address
We do NOT collect or store your first name, last name, phone number, physical address, or any real-world financial billing details (such as credit card numbers).
B. Payout Information
When you request a payout (via PayPal, AirTM, or USDC Polygon wallet), you provide us with your designated payment address or username (for example your PayPal email address or crypto wallet public key). This information is used strictly to execute the payment transaction and is kept in our internal ledger for accounting, tax compliance, and anti-fraud purposes.
C. Automated Non-Personal and Game Data
When you play "Cash Arena", we may automatically collect non-personal gameplay data, which includes:
- Your high scores, win/loss PVP match statistics, weapon upgrades, and current balance of virtual Coins and Diamonds.
- Basic device properties (for example operating system version).
2. Third-Party Advertising Networks
"Cash Arena: Play Game Earn Money" is entirely funded through advertisements. The Service integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) from our advertising partners:
- Google AdMob
- Unity Ads
- Meta Audience Network
These third-party ad networks may independently collect and use anonymized, non-personal data such as your device's advertising ID (for example Google AAID) to deliver targeted rewarded and interstitial advertisements within the application. These third parties operate under their own independent privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of AdMob, Unity, and Meta regarding how they process device data.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Red Pixel Games does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your personal information (your email address) with unaffiliated third parties. We will only share data under the following limited circumstances:
- With Your Consent: To process your payouts through third-party financial institutions (PayPal, AirTM, or the Polygon blockchain network).
- Legal Compliance: If required by European Union or Polish laws, regulations, or legal processes to protect our rights, safety, or property.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your email address and game data from accidental loss and unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no security system or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please protect your Google Account credentials, as access to your game progress is bound to your Google authentication.
5. Your Rights and Data Retention (GDPR Compliance)
Since Red Pixel Games is based in Poland (EU), we fully respect your data privacy rights under the GDPR. You have the right to:
- Access and Review: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (your email address and account balance).
- Rectification: Update your information.
- Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request that we permanently delete your account and associated email address from our systems.
If you wish to delete your account data, please contact us at contact@redpixelapps.com. Please note that deleting your email address will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of your account progress, along with any unredeemed Coins and Diamonds.
We retain your email address and game history as long as your account remains active. Payout transaction logs are retained for as long as required by Polish tax and financial laws.
6. Policy Regarding Children
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and Red Pixel Games does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with an email address, we will delete such information from our systems as quickly as possible.
7. Amendments to This Privacy Policy
Red Pixel Games may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last modified date" at the top of this page whenever modifications occur. We encourage users to check this policy periodically.
