This Terms of Use ("Terms") is a legal agreement between you and Red Pixel Games ("Red Pixel Games", "we", "us", or "our"), a game development studio based in Poland, and governs the use by "you" of Red Pixel Games' website, services, forums, games and applications, specifically the Android mobile application "Cash Arena: Play Game Earn Money" (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE REVIEW OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED INTO THESE TERMS BY REFERENCE.
1. License and Restrictions
Subject to these Terms, Red Pixel Games grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use on authorized Android devices.
You may not:
- (a) modify, translate, reverse-engineer, reverse-compile or decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Services;
- (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the Services, in whole or in part, for any purpose without Red Pixel Games' express written consent;
- (c) use any data mining tools, automation tools, cheats, exploits, hacks, spiders, crawlers, scripts, bots, or any automated method to alter gameplay, manipulate scores, or accumulate in-game rewards;
- (d) engage in any conduct that interferes with the fair play of the player-versus-player (PVP) mechanics, or infringes the intellectual property rights of Red Pixel Games or third parties.
The app includes measures to detect fraud, unauthorized modifications, and automated gameplay. If you tamper with these technical protection measures, your license shall be automatically revoked, and your account will be permanently banned.
2. Account Registration and Security
To protect your game progress, secure your virtual assets, and enable payout requests, you are required to connect and authenticate your profile using your Google Account.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google Account credentials. Red Pixel Games is not liable for any loss of progress, Coins, or Diamonds resulting from unauthorized access to your Google Account.
One Account Policy: Users are strictly permitted to have only one (1) account per person and per device. Connecting multiple Google accounts to manipulate the referral system, PVP matchmaking, or daily rewards will result in an immediate and permanent ban of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.
3. In-Game Virtual Currency, Items, and Payouts
"Cash Arena: Play Game Earn Money" allows players to participate in PVP (Player vs Player) crossbow shooting matches to earn virtual coins ("Coins") and collect diamonds ("Diamonds") to upgrade in-game weapons.
No Microtransactions: The App does not contain any real-money microtransactions or in-app purchases. All progression, Diamonds, and Coins are earned strictly through gameplay and viewing rewarded advertisements.
Nature of Virtual Assets: Diamonds and weapon upgrades are strictly virtual items with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Coin Redemption: Coins accumulated in accordance with these Terms may be eligible for redemption into real monetary values (USD) once the user reaches the minimum payout threshold of $1.00 USD (One US Dollar).
Payout Methods: Available redemption methods are strictly limited to PayPal, AirTM, and USDC (via the Polygon network).
Processing Time: Once a legitimate redemption request is submitted, payouts are processed within three (3) business days.
User Responsibility and Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing accurate and valid payment details (for example correct PayPal or AirTM email address or Polygon wallet address). Providing incorrect, invalid, or typo-ridden payment information may result in the permanent loss of funds. Red Pixel Games is under no obligation to reissue, track, or compensate for transactions lost due to user error.
Verification and Forfeiture: All redemption requests are subject to review to prevent fraud. Red Pixel Games reserves the right to refuse a payout and forfeit your Coins if we suspect any form of cheating, botting, ad-fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4. Third-Party Advertisements
The App is funded entirely through advertisements. The Services integrate third-party ad networks, including but not limited to Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network, to deliver rewarded and interstitial ads.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Red Pixel Games has no control over the exact content, availability, or privacy practices of these third-party ad networks. You assume all risks associated with your interaction with advertisements displayed within the App.
5. Access to the Services and Eligibility
By using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
6. Termination
These Terms will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any provision herein. Red Pixel Games reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, suspected cheating, exploiting game bugs, or ad-fraud), without prior notice or liability.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Poland.
8. General Amendments
Red Pixel Games may make updates to the game mechanics, payout thresholds, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
